STOCK ISSUANCE TO NON-EMPLOYEE DIRECTORS	NOTE K – STOCK ISSUANCE TO NON-EMPLOYEE DIRECTORS During the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company issued common stock in the amount of $18,000 and $132,000 and paid cash consideration of $60,000 and $20,000, respectively to the Company’s non-employee directors as compensation for their attendance and participation in the Company’s Board of Director and committee meetings.
